Not in Panama full time, and require the ability to "Hibernate" your Internet services while you're away? No problem!
Conectar can be put in "Hibernation" for you for a minimum of one calendar month to a maximum of 12 months!

Hibernating your services are quick and easy:
Prior to your departure, put in a request to support@ptpanama.com indicating your account number and when you'd like the hibernation to be effective prior to the 1st of the month that you'd like to make hibernation active.
We will hibernate your account for you, and confirm.
The charges to hibernate are $20.00 to initiate hibernation, and 10% of your monthly charges while your account is in hibernation.

When you return, simply put in a request to support@ptpanama.com indicating your account number and when you'd like to have the services active again.
You will be billed a prorated amount from the time the services commence until your next monthly billing cycle, and a $20.00 re-connection fee, and your services will be active again almost immediately!
